• Acting as a Named Nurse for an allocated group of residents;

• Providing supervision for unqualified/junior staff in line with procedure;

• Forming part of the Multi-Disciplinary Team in meetings and reviews;

• Preparing personalised care plans;

• Completing the Recovery Star Model and Nursing Assessments/ Reports;

• Supporting residents through their care pathway.
